By placing an order with Atro, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders

All orders placed via our website or WhatsApp are subject to product availability and confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes. We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.

3. Shipping

We deliver across Pakistan.
Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.
Karachi: 1-2 business days.
Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5000

4. Returns & Exchanges

– Exchange/Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
– Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached
– Size exchange is allowed. Refunds are only for defective products
– Wrong size ordered by customer: Return shipping will be paid by the customer

5. Product Colors

Due to lighting and screen differences, actual product color may vary slightly from images.

6. Liability

Atro is not responsible for courier delays or losses.
